Bridge4mothers is a project, financed under KA210-VET – Small-scale partnerships in vocational education and training.

Partners:

Objectives:

O1 : To strengthen participation and engagement of vulnerable mothers in VET programs, and to promote gender-based training, adaptable and relevant to the skills and gaps of the beneficiaries.

O2 : To support innovative, personalised and flexible training in VET in Digital Upskilling specific for vulnerable mothers.

O3: To strengthen support in VET dedicated to the empowerment, employability and inclusion of vulnerable mothers.

O4: To contribute to professional development of VET trainers and engage all beneficiaries in the experimentation.

O5 : To promote innovative pedagogies in VET for Vulnerable Mothers and encourage integration at policy-level.

Primary Target groups

TG1 : Vulnerable mothers enrolled in VET training.

Mothers in Greece, Turkey, Germany and Bulgaria who face high risks of social exclusion, economic instability, and challenges in accessing essential services such as healthcare, education, or employment, in particular single mothers, young mothers, migrant mothers. They are enrolled in VET training, with the goal to re-enter the labour market.

TG2: VET Trainers and providers benefiting from capacity-building including specific modules on addressing the needs of vulnerable mothers. Through their participation, VET trainers will be better equipped to provide inclusive and flexible training courses and activities that accommodate the specific challenges faced by mothers re-entering the labor market.
