BRIDGE4MOTHERS: Online Training Prepares Professionals to Work with Vulnerable Mothers

On 2 October 2026, an online Training of Trainers (ToT) pilot session will take place as part of the European project BRIDGE4MOTHERS – 2025-1-DE02-KA210-VET-000359232.

The event is part of Activity 4 – T4.2 Online Pilot ToT and aims to prepare professionals in the field of Vocational Education and Training (VET) for the upcoming implementation of the project’s local pilot training activities.

The training will take place on Friday, 2 October 2026, from 14:00 to 17:00 CET, and will be delivered entirely online via Microsoft Teams.

Focus on Inclusive Education

The main objective of the training is to introduce participants to the BRIDGE4MOTHERS training programme and e-learning platform, while equipping them with inclusive and gender-responsive pedagogical approaches for working with vulnerable mothers.

During the session, participants will:

• become familiar with the BRIDGE4MOTHERS training programme and e-learning platform;
• gain practical guidance on applying gender-responsive and inclusive pedagogical approaches;
• receive information about the organisation, logistics and reporting requirements of the local pilot training activities;
• exchange experiences and insights on local contexts with professionals from the four partner countries.

Invitation to VET Professionals

We invite professionals working in the field of Vocational Education and Training (VET) to join the online Training of Trainers within the BRIDGE4MOTHERS project.

If you are a VET trainer, teacher, education professional, coordinator, counsellor or other specialist working in or connected with vocational education and training programmes, we invite you to take part in the training.

The opportunity is particularly relevant for professionals who are interested in and willing to subsequently participate as trainers or facilitators in the project’s local pilot activities, which focus on supporting vulnerable mothers.

During the training, participants will explore the BRIDGE4MOTHERS programme and e-learning platform, learn about inclusive and gender-responsive training approaches, and receive practical information about the upcoming local pilot implementation.
