FutureProofTextiles to Showcase Innovation at the SME & Clusters Assembly 2026 in Dublin
19.10.2026FutureProofTextiles project will take part in SME & Clusters Assembly – a landmark event for European enterprise policy taking place in Dublin on 2-4 November 2026.
Silvia Kabaivanova from Bulgarian Digital Cluster and Paola Fontana from Po.in.tex Cluster will be at the event on behalf of the project. FutureProofTextiles will have a dedicated space, providing clear visibility for its activities and a welcoming area to engage with SMEs, policy-makers and other stakeholders attending the Assembly.
For the first time, the SME Assembly and the European Cluster Conference converge into a single flagship event, uniting policymakers, entrepreneurs, cluster managers, investors and innovators under one roof and one shared agenda.
Following a first day of local business visits, the two-day programme at the Convention Centre Dublin will address the questions most relevant to European enterprise today: how to grow companies and open new markets in a more competitive global environment; what artificial intelligence means in practice for businesses without dedicated technology resources; and how to develop the resilient value chains – including in defence and security – that a changing geopolitical context demands.
Dedicated sessions will provide structured opportunities for both SMEs and clusters to connect and develop partnerships across sectors and borders. The programme will also recognise outstanding European enterprises and entrepreneurs, including the finalists of the Youth Start-Up Challenge.
